I would like to commend one of the Realtors at the West Mobile Office, Erin Fowler. My wife and I recently moved to Mobile, AL and like any transplant, wished to purchase a new home. Previously, I have always handled my own real estate needs and felt reasonably comfortable doing so again. HOWEVER, after encountering Mrs. Fowler at an open house, my wife and I were so impressed with her knowledge, work ethic and friendliness we decided to sign a contract with Dauphin Realty and enlist her services.
Mrs. Fowler helped us negotiate a wonderful contract on a house we wanted to purchase, but she did much more than just help both parties arrive at a mutually agreeable price.
Mrs. Fowler provided a wealth of insight and advice on everything from local eateries to businesses of note.
The house sale at our previous residence fell through and we were unable to purchase the house we wanted here in Mobile.
Even so, Mrs. Fowler's expertise throughout it all kept both the sellers and us happy and we were able to dissolve the contract with satisfaction to both sides. Additionally, she was a wealth of knowledge when the Realtor I've been forced to utilize to sell my old home proved to be less than helpful.
As a Law Enforcement Agent, I place a great store in personal relationships. Believing that quality rapport with a person you can trust is worth far more than one time encounter with someone that, at best, can only provide one worthwhile transaction. I conduct my business with the intention of establishing an ongoing relationship, and Mrs. Fowler has certainly shown she is a Realtor I want to conduct ALL my real estate business with.
I only wish that home purchases were a more regular purchase so that I could conduct more business with Erin Fowler and Dauphin Realty.

Awesome. Erin is awesome. She really went above and beyond what any Realtor should do.
She really helped our transition from Maine to Alabama bearable.
2.What suggestions could you offer us that would help us to improve our service?
If all of your agents are as great as Erin is, there really isn't anything you can do to improve your service.
3.Did you prefer to communicate with your agent by phone, fax or email?
We communicated with Erin by phone, fax and email. I think if needed she would have hooked up cans so we could keep in contact. She knew I was in Maine stressing out. Erin would call often to check on our two boys ( not sure themselves about moving to the South) and I. She always made me feel better. Erin is very personable and makes you feel at ease.
4.Did our advertising have any influence on your choice to use Dauphin Realty and your agent?
I looked on your website for a month as well as other websites. My Aunt is an agent in Maine and I called to ask her advice with me being in Maine trying to find a home in Alabama. I decided to email the friendliest looking agent, which happened to be Erin. I thank GOD I found her!!! She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, HUMOROUS and very accessible.My husband was down in Mobile for a month and her schedule was his schedule. She always made sure when he had time she was available to show him different homes.
5.Did you visit our website www.DauphinRealty.com when searching for a property or listing your home? If so was it before or after you begin working with your agent?
Yes, I did visit the comapny website one time. Once I was in Erin's hands she knew what we were looking for. My search online was over. It was in her very capable hands.
6.Do you have any suggetions for our website?
Your company website and Erin's personal site www.ErinFowlerHomes.com are very user friendly.
7.Do you know of anyone who may be listing or selling their home within the next six months?
We have already referred Erin to others who relocating from Maine as we did and we will most certainly keep giving Erin's name to others who will be headed down at later dates.

"We came into contact with Erin because she was on phone duty when I called to inquire about a property that was listed with Dauphin Realty. We wanted to see the house that day and she was able to accommodate us with that with no problem. When we arrived at the property we wanted to look at, Erin had prepared for us some information on other houses that were similar to the one we were looking at and had arranged for us to go and see one or all of them if we wanted to. We found this very impressive considering we had never met Erin, had only had a very short conversation, and she didn't even know how serious we were.
Once we had a chance to talk with Erin and look a couple of houses, we knew that she was the agent we wanted to work with. She was extremely energetic, easy to talk to, and very honest with us from the beginning. These were not the only houses that we looked at with Erin, in fact she has shown us numerous houses on numerous occasions including devoting an entire day to us where she took us to about 15 different properties.
We ended up listing our home with Erin after she helped direct us in how to prepare the house to have the best chance of selling. She has been very active in trying to sell our home. She has stayed in constant communication with us throughout the time that the house has been on the market. Erin has been available and willing to meet with us at any time. One Sunday evening we happened to drive past her car. She stopped to chat with us and ended up taking us to look at a property we were interested in, and was at then at our home until after 10:00pm writing an offer for us.
We have recommended and will continue to recommend Erin to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house. She cannot be labeled as a buyers agent, or a seller's agent because she truly provides the whole package!!!
Erin is everyone's agent and will do whatever she can to help each individual who is sent her way.

I recently worked with Erin while purchasing my first home. I must say, especially as a First-time home-buyer, that it was a tremendous learning experience. I got just about everything I wanted in a home. One of the things that I most appreciate is that Erin is not afraid to go beyond the call of duty! She was more than willing to work with my busy schedule. I never felt like she was rushing me so she could get to another customer, and she made sure I got the house I wanted instead of just making another sell.
Her upfront approach let me clearly define what I wanted in a house, and this benefited us both. For me, the first-time home-buyer, it made me think of things I had never thought of as far as what I wanted in a home. This was most helpful. And as for Erin, it enabled her to find houses in the right part of town and with the qualities I desire, which made for much more efficient appointments between the two of us.
Since she knew what I wanted, she was able to pick up on my responses to houses that I may not have translated verbally, and she was always sure to point me in the right direction. When it came to FINALLY deciding on a house, these things made my choice a whole lot easier.
After choosing a house, she made sure that I understood my options financially as well. She clearly outlined responsibilities of both the buyer and the seller, and made sure that I, her client, took full advantage of EVERY possibility. When it came time for the offer, she stood firm and negotiated for everything I wanted.
Overall, the experience of buying my first home has been a pleasurable one.
Erin made it a whole lot less overwhelming than it could have been.
I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home.

"We wanted to take a minute to tell you what a wonderful job our Realtor, Erin Fowler did for us. When we started this process, we didn't know anything about Real Estate or selling a house. We had lived in our home for over 15 years, so we could not remember anything about the last time we did this. We called Erin and told her we were thinking of selling our house. She knew exactly what to do, and she did it all well.
Erin was entergetic and enthusiastic about every aspect of selling our home. She told us what we needed to do ( and just as importantly what we did not need to do) to present our house in the best light.
